Brian is an outstanding real estate professional. I met him at my neighborhood HOA meeting where he was a guest speaker. He had represented one of my neighbors in a few of her real estate transactions and she highly recommended him. My son was getting ready to buy a home, so I passed on Brian’s information to him. My son and his wife ended up having Brian represent them in the purchase of their new home and they were so impressed with him that they had him list their former home as well. It turned out to be a great decision! Brian's expertise and depth of experience in all things real estate is exceptional. He negotiated and got a significantly lower price for my son on his home purchase, and he worked to get more for my son's former home than he even expected. Brian offered to host our HOA neighborhood night out in appreciation for our referral. He arranged for the event to be catered by a local restaurant, ordering a Taco Bar for over 60 people. The event was a spectacular success, and lightened the workload for us since the caterers took care of the cleanup. Brian has an outgoing, jovial personality, and he clearly enjoys meeting and talking to all kinds of people. These attributes and the fact that he works hard on behalf of his clients earns him an A+ in my book!

The process began with Dale listening to our plans and concerns which he made sure to clearly understand before proceeding. He then prepared a highly detailed market analysis comparing all aspects of the property considering both the buyer’s and appraiser’s viewpoints. Immediately prior to putting the house on the market, he reworked the analysis based on a recent sale in the neighborhood and adjusted the asking price accordingly.
Dale has a great talent for presenting homes. His arrangement provided a wonderful showing, and he prepared a strong online presentation that illustrated the home’s best features with inviting descriptions.

"We had been planning our move for some time, but then Covid happened. We needed to relocate carefully. We stayed with family in AZ while we showed/sold our home back in WA and at the same time looked for our new AZ home.

It was apparent that Dale was knowledgeable, professional and determined to work FOR us....to sell our offer and represent us as solid buyers. He also made sure our lender would be available at all hours/weekends to handle any offers we made at any time. All i's were dotted and all t's crossed!
Initially I thought, how does this work?? Having a Realtor who's licensed in dual states?? But Dale made himself available to us 24/7. He had a local agent available to show us homes as needed, but was also willing to be on a plane and physically here if we felt we needed him at any time.
My advice to a potential buyer (or seller): It's a whole new ball game now. Especially in areas with limited inventory. It's stressful and it's scary. You need an agent who will work to sell YOU and your offer (or your home). Make sure you have someone who knows how to play the game and represent you appropriately. It's a bidding war for that home, and there is more to consider for a solid offer than just the money offered. That is where a good agent is key!
The house we found checked almost all the boxes for our family. We wanted it and there were multiple offers. Dale represented us and showed that we were SOLID buyers and guess what? We got the house! He's a great agent (and also, just a great guy)!"
