My advice to a potential buyer (or seller): It's a whole new ball game now. Especially in areas with limited inventory. It's stressful and it's scary. It's a bidding war for that home, and there is more to consider for a solid offer than just the money offered. That is where a good agent is key!

Brian is an outstanding real estate professional. I met him at my neighborhood HOA meeting where he was a guest speaker. He had represented one of my neighbors in a few of her real estate transactions and she highly recommended him. My son was getting ready to buy a home, so I passed on Brian’s information to him. My son and his wife ended up having Brian represent them in the purchase of their new home and they were so impressed with him that they had him list their former home as well. It turned out to be a great decision! Brian's expertise and depth of experience in all things real estate is exceptional. He negotiated and got a significantly lower price for my son on his home purchase, and he worked to get more for my son's former home than he even expected. Brian offered to host our HOA neighborhood night out in appreciation for our referral. He arranged for the event to be catered by a local restaurant, ordering a Taco Bar for over 60 people.
